N’Spired developed this new type of low-calorie cracker to safely satisfy women’s top two snack cravings: crispy chips and dark chocolate. After attending various focus groups, observing shopping trends, and visiting the food lab, we designed a brand look that would sing from the shelf. We gave the brand a sense of fun, with an upfront acknowledgement of the needs being met: munching and getting one’s chocolate fix without guilt. Our namers created a name that was both whimsical and communicative. Copy writers identified “All Good and No Guilt” as the positioning tagline, and developed a copy device called “The o’coco’s Scenario.” Each flavor had a different, numbered scenario in which o’coco’s saves the day. N’Spired subsequently created an interactive Web-based marketing campaign using the o’coco’s scenario concept.
