David Bernard is a marketing strategist and communications expert with over twenty years of experience in multimedia and marketing operations. David has managed numerous brand development projects and product launches for companies such as Odwalla, Dole, nSpired Natural Foods and many start up ventures. He’s a regular speaker at Expo West and other industry functions related to Natural Products’ market. Experience as a former broadcast journalist and video producer gives David a unique edge in identifying target audiences and crafting effective messaging. When not in the office, Dave finds his creative outlet as a musician and songwriter.

Don Faia is an award winning creative director, graphic designer, and illustrator with thirty-five years of business success. He started his own design firm in 1973 and created the visual brand for Odwalla, Inc. Don has also guided the development and evolution of several other national brands. He has been honored in numerous national and regional competitions and publications. His work is part of the Library of Congress Permanent Collection.

Anita "Bonno" Bernard (Dave's sister), has been a writer, publisher, and brand consultant since 1984. She built her skills in product naming, slogans, copy writing, branding, and corporate cultural development during seventeen years at Odwalla, Inc. She has collaborated with a wide variety of companies and organizations, from local schools to Nike, Inc. Bonno is also an orchidist, a Zumba dance instructor, and an accordion player.
